Client Response not working
Hi I have installed client response and all looks OK but client cannot like images or leave comments. Nothing saves.

I feel as though I have done everything as described in the instructions. Help....................................

Thanks for the link, but the gallery is protected and I cannot access it. Can you please unprotect the album, or share login details so that we can take a look?

the login doesn't work. But something to check is your file naming. (similar problem in this post: http://community.theturninggate.net/vie … hp?id=8008 )
filenames should contain only letters, numbers, dashes, or underscores. No spaces, commas, period or any other special characters.

I think I've seen a similar problem before, at least once it's been file naming issues. But yours look fine and I just can't recall what the others were. Matt or Ben will need to look. But in the meantime, you can try a forum search to see if it's cropped up before

The gallery is throwing an error on a file called "Rebecca-Hdv-(1-of-213)". It looks like you've since renamed your files, but that name is still floating around in the database someplace. Please mark the album's image to be re-published, and then publish the album to update all metadata. You might also need to clear feedback in Backlight's admin, under the Client Response => Feedback menu.
