Client Response > don't get a Feedback Email

when a client send me the feedback, I don't get an email
I can only see the feedback in Client Response > Feedback

Backlight > Settings > Personalisation > Site Email and Vendor Email are filled
Email Configuration too

can you help me?

What email configuration are you using, "Mail" or SMPT?
