When I try to access these pages I get:
"Paradox 404!
You've found a page that does not exist."
I have made no changes in the last few months. What do I do to correct this.

works perfectly.
All of the above use the

I have the About and Contact pages in place in Backlight.

In your menu set, try changing from Link to URL to Link to Page and then select the proper page.
Also, what have you chosen for Page URL Format under Website Settings in Backlight Settings?
