Hello, is there anyone who translated his site made with blacklight in French? As well as the shopping cart? I did it with CE3 and I was wondering if it was always possible with Backlight.

you can create localization files in Backlight. You'll find where to add them in Backlight > Designer > Templates > Localization
and Cart > settings > Localizations and Client Response > Settings > Localizations
You'll then need to choose the language in Cart Settings as well as Client Response Settings, assuming that you're using those modules
