One albumset for multiple Lightroom catalogs

How can i have albums from multiple lightroom catalogs.
On the first of januari i started with a new 2017 catalog. The old one spanning a number of years became to big and to slow.
But i also created and published some albums sets and albums with the old catalog. And will probably have to create some new ones from the 2016 and before catalog.
For the same clients i want to create new albums from my new 2017 catalog. Is there away that i can import or make the albumsets visible under my backlight publishing tool. That i can add new albums.

Re: One albumset for multiple Lightroom catalogs

normally, albums and album sets are catalog specific.
You can manage specific album sets and albums from one catalog, and another specific set from another catalog.

But you can use the Lightroom Voyager plug-in to share Publisher content between catalogs.

take a look at it, it may do just what you need.
