What exactly does clear feedback in browser do, and what is its purpose

We really need to document this somewhere:
Closing feedback means that the client can't resubmit. For standalone, that means no further resubmission in the same browser window. For managed, that means no further resubmission until the photographer re-opens the feedback.
Clearing feedback has two modes. For standalone, everything in the session is cleared as though the client hadn't yet provided any feedback. The browser refreshes the album and a 'thank you' message pops up. For managed, the client is redirected to the album listing page, and the thank you message appears there. The default setting will be to close feedback and clear the feedback in the browser.
