I decided to go "LIVE" on Paypal (since in the past there was some trouble with using Sandbox) AND the first time worked flawlessly and I was able to download an image. WOW, thank you.

I'm glad to hear all has gone well. PayPal's sandbox has been unreliable lately, which is far from ideal. I haven't had the final checkout work for me for weeks now.
