I purchased an upgrade to Backlight in May. Since then Backlight 1.0.2 was released. How do I get it? With CE4, I always received a link where I could easily download an upgrade. I did not receive it for Backlight 1.0.2.

Have you tried the link in the original email?
You can always go to this page: http://theturninggate.net/support/ and click on the appropriat "Re-download" link.

I tried the Re-download link and got no response. I am sure I put in the same email address I used when ordering, but even tried twice.
As to the original email, I don't have that. The only proof of purchase is my PayPal transaction showing an invoice number.

I suggest using the contact form on the support page. Include the invoice number and the email address you think you used when purchasing.

I did sent out notifications via email for both 1.0.1 and 1.0.2 updates, which should have allowed you to download the update. I also just ran a search on the email address you've registered here in the forum, and nothing came up. So either you purchased under another address, or you may have a typo in your order that's preventing emails from being delivered to your inbox.
If you can email me your name and email address used for purchase, I'll try searching it out for you.
