Under Album settings -> Large Image Presentation -> Presentation Type
I have chosen Photoswipe but on tablets and phones; there is no photoswipe ability, -it just displays a single image.
On desktop computers the forward and back arrows are not showing up.
I've cleared the Backlight Template Cache and my browser's cache.
..any suggestions?

check the template that the album is using. Even on the desktop I'm seeing the single image presentation.

I'm using my correct template. I tried going under Design Template and choosing the "Backlight Standard Page" but that wasn't it. Also tried, going back to the default .css and that was not the issue, either.
Do you think I need to reinstall some part of Backlight on my server, or maybe it's a permissions issue?

Ah Ha! You were correct, Rod!
By going to Publisher -> Top-level Galleries and then to Albums, I had a mix of my custom templates and the standard templates.
And going into Designer ->Templates I had chosen Standard Template on one of them instead of my custom one (for ALL of them). Once I choose these correctly, I'm sure everything will be great again. Thanks so much, Rod.

Hi,
I installed 102 and I find myself with HTML Single-images. I can put photoswipe or single image on the button-type presentation, it does not display. In lightroom it is the right gallery and also featured in Publisher / top-level galleries / galleries / Assign template
Where I'm lost? :-)

when you updated did you complete the update process by signing in and visiting the Publisher and Design pages as well as clearing template cache?
did you update the Lightroom Publisher plug-in?

I have the same problem. All single images now. Got several prompts to update in Admin which I allowed as per readme.txt. Interstly, when Photoswipe is showing in the combo, both Photoswipe and HTML single option areas are on display but if Single image pages is selected only the HTML single image options are available to set parameters against.

This is normal. Download and share options are not available for Single HTML presentation.
I believe the single page options are shown along with the Photoswipe controls because Single Page HTML presentation is use when an image is accessed from its permalink.

I am wondering what else to check. Photoswipe was working OK before the upgrade but not now. Cleared the cache multiple times, have verified that the right Publisher plugin is being accessed.

have you tried creating a new album template and applying it to the album?

Just tried that Rod. Makes no difference. The Album Sets display OK . It is just the Albums not displaying in Photoswipe mode.
I created a template 102 Album, made no changes other than check that Photoswipe was still the default option for Large Image Presentation. I have republished the Album several times as well as clearing the cache.

Hi Tom, I've been able to fix your template by appending ?reloadModel&skipCache to the end of an album URL.
What this does is reloads the settings structure for the web engine (e.g. Standard Album), picking up elements that have changed. In this case, 1.0.2 added a scaffolding JS file that hadn't been coming through.
This undocumented step should not have been necessary. The change of version from 1.0.1 to 1.0.2 should have triggered the reload.

Hi Mark, after any Backlight album. So if you had an album at http://yoursite.com/galleries/my-gallery/, the URL would be http://yoursite.com/galleries/my-galler … &skipCache
Offline
Hi Mark, navigate to a gallery. Whether that's via a menu structure or typing the URL into the browser doesn't matter. Then append ?reloadModel&skipCache to whatever URL you have in your address bar.
