OK, I am clearly missing something right in front of me. How do I change the text or set-up the Home Page? Everything else seems to work.

go to Designer > Pages and click "Design" next to "Home"
Click on Page copy and start hitting the keyboard.

Oddly, I do not have the option under designer. I have templates and menu sets.
