index.html is missing

Set up Publisher quite a while ago. Tests run properly, everything fine. Now we wanna start using it for real (after several LR updates) - but exports are leaking index.html. So we can´t "preview in browser" nor export locally and start it from there.

Lightroom is most actual Version 2015.5
TTG plugin und lrwebengines I did download and reinstall halve an hour ago.

So why is index.html missing?

Re: index.html is missing

Any albums generated by Publisher must be viewed online or in a virtual server environment like WAMP and MAMP. This is because Publisher relies on php (and needs a server environment to work), which can't be viewed with the LR preview in browser feature.

You can, however, use the preview in browser feature with CE4 Gallery or CE4 Stage or CE4 CRG IF certain features are not enabled that will will trigger a php export. This means no index.html file, but instead, an index.php file is exported.
If one of these features is enabled, an exclamation point will appear beside it.
These features include:

enabling phplugins
Social Media Sharing
Password protection
Shared Resources
Cart integration
Fotomoto integration
