Should I update

I use CE3.  Is it easier to update my website with the latest version of TTG?

You'll need to redesign your site. Any user templates you made with CE3 won't work with CE4.

But if you're using CE3 Publisher, you'll be able to easily move those to CE4 Publisher control, so that's a time saver.

If you're not using Publisher now, you'll find that it makes updating and adding galleries a whole lot faster and more efficient.
