Hi all,
I have encountered a new issue where one photo is getting stuck in the 'Modified Photos to Re-Publish' section. The photo is being published, and is online, but no matter how many times I hit publish, it doesn't leave the section. It does the same thing in both albums it is published in, and is the only photo that does so. The only difference is that it is an edit from Photoshop, so it is a .tif, instead of a .dng. I can right click and mark as up to date, and it jumps over.
I did just move to a new server on GoDaddy, so that might have something to do with it. Everything else works properly, including publisher and ttg-be, so I don't think that is the case.
This is the relevant image:

Thanks,
Kyle

This photo is also showing up twice in some search results: http://kylelucy.com/search/?q=%2Bbonaire+%2B2016, but not in others: http://kylelucy.com/search/?q=silhouette. In addition, when I remove the picture from my website, the link and space for it still shows up in the search results as a broken link.

I assume you're removing it with Publisher and not FTP?

Yeah, everything is through publisher.

Ben will most likely need to look. Have you tried saving the image differently in Photoshop? Different tiff compression? Flatten any layers? Alpha channels?
Anything about it that's different?

It's processed the same as all my other Photoshop edits, which all work fine. It has no alpha channels and only the one layer; all I did in Photoshop was some spot healing and content aware fills.
Ben,
Do you need FTP or TTG-BE access? I can send whatever you need in a PM.

Hi Kyle, I haven't come across this before. Can you provide me with TTG-BE access and FTP access, using the Email link under my photo?
Also, can you send me the Publisher's ttg.log file, zipped if it is large? This is found under Documents or My Documents on your computer.
Hopefully that will let me reconcile the saved images on your server, the entries in the database and what your Lightroom is seeing.

Ben,
I just sent the email. Let me know what you find.
Thanks,
Kyle

Thanks for the details Kyle. Please see my reply by email.
Rod, in case you are wondering, the image had two entries in the database for the one album. I don't know how that could come about.
