Is it possible to achieve this with CE4 Gallery plugin?
No. The closest you're going to come is the Galleria slide show in CE4 Stage. But only one image at a time will be shown.

Galleria can be configure to have the images slide in rather than fade. It can also show a filmstrip of thumbnail images below the slide show.
Galleria also works well on mobile devices, whereas the gallery on the site you linked to does not.
