Font Awesome version 4.5.0 was just released. If you want to use the latest icons on your site, you'll need to update Font Awesome. It's easy to do with phplugins:

Something to consider, and also the reason I typically don't jump to update our plugins when new versions of FontAwesome release:
FontAwesome updates typically don't do anything except add new icons to the library. That's fantastic if you need the new icons, and it's bloat if you don't. As icons are added, the size of the font files increase.
So, why don't I update the plugins to use newer FontAwesome releases? Because the plugins don't need the new icons, and because most of the icons are so niche, I doubt most users need them either.
