Hi,
I'm using CE4 Pages etc and uploading galleries via Publisher. A couple of recent albums are refusing to load. They published OK from Lightroom but when viewing in a browser I get a HTTP 500 Server Error.
The problematic albums are
http://seeyourselfonline.com/galleries/ … -thursday/
http://seeyourselfonline.com/galleries/ … 15-sunday/
I also have another album within the same set which is set up the same as the above two and does work OK. The working album is at
http://seeyourselfonline.com/galleries/ … 15-friday/
Can anyone suggest why these albums aren't viewable. I'm not aware of any problems with our server and all other albums/sets we have published work fine.
The only difference I'm aware of is the number of photos within the album. The working one has 900ish but the non-working albums are approx 1100 and 1500 respectively. All albums have 100 photos per page.
Could the size of the albums be causing this problem? I'm away from the office for the next couple of days so can't experiment with different album sizes but if anyone can suggest a fix I may be able to instruct my colleagues.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Many Thanks
Tom

As Ben has mentioned before, 500 errors are hard to diagnose. I can only suggest sending an email to Ben and give him both ttg-be admin access as well as ftp access
