Not Allowed to download

Hi,

All of a sudden I am getting this message on my CRG pages when a client tries to download file.

"You are not allowed to download this file."

I am using the same templates that I have always used...

Any assistance would be appreciated

Re: Not Allowed to download

first thing to try is updating CRG to the current version for both the plug-in and the online component. The current version is 6.1.1 and you're using 6.0.3

Re: Not Allowed to download

The latest Publisher will only allow downloads from somewhere other than photos-for-download, or with an extension other than jpg, if used with templates generated with the latest Gallery or CRG plugins.  Make sure that the Hi-Res Image Folder and File Type / Extension within the Image Download section match your settings of photos and tif before re-generating your template.

Another way to re-enable your downloads would be to edit the file at www.hursey.com/clients/ttg-be/templates/gallery/dhp_finals/setup.xml and adding the following two entries:

<downloadExtension>tif</downloadExtension>
<downloadPath>photos</downloadPath>

For example, the placement of those lines in your setup.xml might look like:

<crgEnabled>yes</crgEnabled>
<downloadExtension>tif</downloadExtension>
<downloadPath>photos</downloadPath>
<fotomotoEnabled>no</fotomotoEnabled>

I hope that helps.

Re: Not Allowed to download

Thanks Guys! Damn Human Error.. I did the update but failed to re-export my templates! Doh! I think (with your assistance) that has resolved the issue.
