I exported a CE4 Gallery template and placed the exported folder (Pale6) in the template folder as such: ttg-be/templates/gallery/Pale6
When I go to my publisher and select Create Album, I get a message: Unable to perform action: listTemplates. Hence publisher is not seeing the template Pale6.
In the setup, I have authenticated access to the server (I'm running localhost on WAMP).
Can't seem to figure out the problem. Your thoughts?
Cheers,
John

WAMP must be running for you to create any albums. So make sure it's running and try again.

WAMP is running. But I still don't see the template when select Create Album. Where to go from here?

hard to tell. Are the php_pdo_sqlite and php_pdo_mysql options enabled in WAMP?
From the WAMP server system tray icon choose php > php extensions and check of those options are enabled.

also check for php_curl

Ok, where is the wamp server system tray? How do I get to it?

when you launch WAMP it's added to the icons in the lower right of windows. It's the same place you go to launch localhost

Thanks, yes those extensions are enabled. Publisher does work on my host server. The new albums are uploaded or the same page as one that I uploaded manually. This is what I want to happen.
However, when I select one of the published albums the navigation no longer works. That is from the published album page when I select About for example I get a server error that it can find the page.
How to I correct this?
Cheers,
John

make sure your navigation is correct.
How have you added your ttg set up to WAMP? Is it in a subfolder? if so, you'll need to include that in the site root
since we can't see your set up it's hard to tell what's wrong
see if this helps: http://ttg-tips-and-tricks.barbeephoto. … e-in-wamp/

I think the navigation is the problem. I used the same navigation as when working on WAMP and the test is in a subdomain on the my host. I'll give a go.
Thanks much.

If you're in a sub-domain, then the your Site Root can be simply / and the navigation should probably work fine

Sorry, it is in a folder of the main domain.

then you'll need to include that folder name in the Site Root (in Site Info)
