I'm in the process of upgrading to the new godaddy cpanel servers and they had me create a subdomain from my original site so that I can migrate all my content over, but then i attempt to reach the site using the suburl to test it, it brings me over to just a white page, can someone help me with how to fix this? I want to make sure this works before I stop my old hosting plan all together.
thanks
here is the site link

the ttg-be folder is also in that level

you've uploaded something to the chrisjames/ folder?
If so, have you asked GoDaddy why you can't see what you've uploaded? Perhaps it's a permissions issue.

the new.3lightphotography.com is a subdomain that i needed to move everything over to first before reverting back to just the 3light part and removing the new, I called godaddy and they said from what they can see it's all right so i'm not sure what to do

the tech support at GoDaddy can go to the site and see something?

no they also see just a white page, but from reading the instructions it says for me to copy the ttg-be folder into the top level of my site, so i was wondering since i had to create a temp sub domain if that was why it was happening

I think Ben is going to have to take a look. Something like this always seems to be some non-standard server setting, or SQlite isn't enabled, or something..
He'll probably need FTP access.

When you talked with GoDaddy, did you ask them if SQLite and PDO modules are enabled and that they meet the php version requirements (5.2.6 or later)?

from what I can see, this is the version for the sql Server version: 5.5.41-cll-lve - MySQL Community Server (GPL) and PHP 5.4* (Also Support PHP 5.3-5.5), but i didn't ask about the SQLite and PDO but I can to see what they say about it
Do I email Ben from the link you posted?
Also thanks for all the help so far!
I should have left well enough alone and not switched servers to get faster service lol

Hi, the best way forward would be for to have a look via FTP. Can you grant me access and sent the details via the Email link under my picture?

Did you modify the content of your 'new' site? It might be that your Site Root and PHPlugins path need to be updated to reflect the new location.

@DL
no mods at all, just a straight backup copy and re-upload of all the files to the new hosting plan, pretty strange

Thanks for the login. After looking through the code, I've found it failing on using the PDO class. Your new site doesn't have PDO or pdo_sqlite modules enabled. Both of these need to be enabled for TTG BE to run.
Strangely, those modules are both enabled on your old site. I don't know why they would be enabled on one and not the other.
In any case, you'll probably need to ask GoDaddy support to enable them for you on www.new.

Spoke to another godaddy hosting tech, they switched me to 5.3 and said to wait about 2 hrs so that it can replicate over all ther servers and if that doesn't work. I'm switching back to their old servers because it worked and it worked great. Thanks for all your help so far
