Leave Feedback Button

Hi, when you click the leave feedback button, it give you 4 tick boxes with options 1-4 written in them, how does one change the names "option1" to something else? Maybe i'm not seeing it, sorry if it's easy.

For CRG managed albums, options are configurable in the ttg-be CRG Admin under Feedback > Feedback Profiles
