ttg-be could not be found

I've successfully installed (so i thought) and can see in LR the new gallery, i've made web pages and added to my server, but when I try to view online, i get this error message - ttg-be could not be found and no web page loads.

Any clues anyone?

Did you download and install TTG BE? It was included in your downloads for the order.
