Just to confirm:
You unzipped the CE4 CRG download?
You installed the CRG .lrwebengine file in the appropriate folder for your OS?
The .lrwebengine was not renamed from CE4-CRG.lrwebengine?
Screen shots of your installation set up might help

ok just figured it out...had to delete all references to CE3
now how do I switch from php to html output?

deleting the CE3 web engines shouldn't be necessary. I have TTG plugins installed in Lightroom going back to pre-CE days.
CE4 CRG only exports as php.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: array_walk_recursive() in d:\hshome\michaelv\michaelvest.com\ttg-be\framework\init.php on line 9

looks like you're host is using a Microsoft IIS server. TTG requires Apache servers:
System & Hosting Requirements
Hosting CE4 Client Response Gallery includes an online component, and galleries should be hosting online. For this, we require:
Linux OS
Apache server
PHP 5.2.6 or newer, with SQLite and PDO modules enabled
Could be that Ben may have a work-around for this. If not you may need to change hosting.

Can you provide the URL of your site? A quick Google suggests that this could be due to running PHP 4. If that's the case, then you may have luck by changing the version of PHP your site runs on from 4 to 5. How this is done will depend on your host.

Thanks for the URL. According to this page: http://michaelvest.com/ttg-be/admin/lib … verify.php
your server is running PHP 4. This version is long-deprecated and not supported by us or the PHP community.
PHP 4.4 has been unsupported since 2008, even prior the existence of any TTG plugins that use PHP (including all versions of CRG).
Who are you hosting with? I suggest you contact their tech support and request an upgrade to PHP 5. Depending on the host, it may just be a matter of changing a setting.
