I have a contact button at the top of my TTG Pages, I plan to keep there.
But I want another section in my Navigation, so I can put up a
questionnaire and also have people upload photos to my email address.
I've used a few form builders before but never had them sit in "the block"
area. I like how my TTG Navigation is coming along, and would like a
more complex contact form in that one area.
I'm a little frustrated with CE4, but it's going well. Thanks everyone,
..and thanks, Matt!

I just saw that Contact forms are not part of Stage.
Alright. Question answered already.

Sorry about that, but in dropping our use of the FormToEmail script, we've had to remove form functionality from Stage. We use our own proprietary form processing for the CE4 Pages contact page, but it only works on that page.
If you're using WordPress, you can create custom forms using a plugin such as Contact Form 7, then put them on a page in the WordPress site. I think that's probably the best way to do it. If you're not using WordPress, then I'm afraid there is no easy way to create custom forms in CE4 Pages, etc.

Thanks for the clarification. I've got many other new things with CE4 to spend time on and I'll figure something out getting a complicated contact form with capability for uploads and post what I did. I like much of the new things in CE4, good work!

Then Wordpress will probably be your best option. Contact Form 7 works well. A lot of people swear by Gravity Forms.
