Cart icon not shown on web (CE4)

I have installed cart on my server, set it up in ttg-be, checked Pages and my gallery templates to Shopping Cart Integration, inserted the correct path to cart.  Display Add-to-Cart Buttons on Grid is checked in my gallery template.

The preview in Lightroom shows the cart icon on each image in my gallery.  The status bar is also shown.  I am using Highslide for the gallery.  On the web, the cart icon is not displayed.

Any suggestions?

Hi, for some reason the top-right cart icon isn't in the generated Publisher gallery.  It can be found in http://caddinfo.com/photo-now/ttg-be/te … /index.php but not in http://caddinfo.com/photo-now/ttg-be/te … _index.php

The first thing to try is to re-upload both index.php and template_index.php in your template.  If that doesn't help, can you zip up your no_download_gallery_template_2015-02-02a template and email it to me?

I just had this problem and found a solution that worked, via Rod's answer to this question: http://community.theturninggate.net/top … on-issues/

1. I added the final slash at the end of the cart url "http://mysite/ttg-be/cart/"
2. I had to update the template, export, and then upload via FTP to public_html/mysite/ttg-be/templates/gallery
3. in my album in publisher, make sure the correct template (now updated) is chosen.
4. republished album

That worked in my case; hope it works for you!
