cart help

need help in all aspects, I am so confused, trying to follow instructions form the documentation but i do not know what is missing...

1. Instructions say: “Under the Settings menu, select Cart Settings. Here you may configure various aspects of CE4 Cart, the first of which should be: under Personalization, please select a gallery template for use.”

I do not see the “cart settings” below settings?
this is the menu I have:
Dashboard --> TTG-BE admin
Settings -->TTG BE settings and Manage users

2. Why if I go to http://www.yazminphotography.com/ttg-be … t-template is says "not found" if I haven't deleted the folders? (not sure it thi is important but wanted to ask, if is not important just tell me.

3. I created one template using CE4 gallery and uploaded it on ttg-be -->templates --> gallery
named cart-gallery-yp, I see it but the cart button is greyed out, so it does not work... it is here http://www.yazminphotography.com/ttg-be … allery-yp/

4. I uploaded the ttg-be below the "public_html" folder, that is the folder I was instructed by my host service to upload everything i do. not sure if it works the same for everybody.

5 as note I am not using ttg pages for my website, my web site is www.yazminphotography.com

Those are all the questions I have to far, there will be more in the future, but I need this to continue sad
this has been so difficult for me sorry

thanks in advance.

Re: cart help

1. Hover over Dashboard. Click on Cart Admin. You'll be able to get to all the necessary cart settings, pricing, etc.

it looks like you have ttg-be installed correctly

Don't worry about cart-default. It doesn't contain an index.php file so you won't see it if you navigate to that url. It's there in the event you haven't selected one of your own gallery exports to act as a template.
Just go into Cart Settings and choose cart-gallery-yp for your Cart Template

Re: cart help

You should be seeing both TTG-BE Admin and Cart Admin
I logged into your TTG-be as a guest and was able to get to everything. This is from your site:

yazmin.jpg

you can also try getting to your cart admin directly:
http://www.yazminphotography.com/ttg-be/cart/?c=admin

To post screen shots, first place the image online (I keep a folder in the root of my site for just this purpose)
Copy and paste the URL between the IMG tags you'll get when you click the Image icon

Re: cart help

another question, now that I see everything smile I am seeing I can update prices and products in that link, so, in the documentation I saw that I had to do a .txt document with the pricing and upload it... should I forget that file then? (I had uploaded that file to my ftp)

Re: cart help

you must be referring to an older version of the cart. Since CE3 all settings have been done on line.

Re: cart help

your gallery is at http://yazminphotography.com/....
the url you've entered to the cart is http://www.yazminphotography.com/ttg-be/cart/

try changing the cart url to http://yazminphotograph.com/ttg-be/cart/  (remove the www)

Re: cart help

the www is still in both the uploaded gallery you linked to earlier  (#13) as well as the publisher template you linked to above (#15)

Be sure to make this change in the Shopping Cart integration settings in the Output Settings control pane for both the uploaded gallery as well as your publisher template (for when you want to create albums)
http://ce4.theturninggate.net/docs/doku … ntegration

It looks like you've got some broken web fonts though. See this to resolve that problem: http://ce3wiki.theturninggate.net/doku. … _web_fonts

If that doesn't resolve things, I suggest enabling guest access to ttg-be so Ben will have something to look at.
