Free shipping !

Under the heading...Manage Charges - Standard Delivery
it says
Leave fields blank for charges that do not apply.

So if for instance all my shipping is free from the UK (Region changed to UK) can I leave the status as incomplete and not fill in any charges. !

You need to submit the form.  This is to confirm that you intend to leave the fields empty.
