PayPal have stated that they are changing to Transport Layer Service (TLS) authentication from 3 December 2014. I presume this is how the CE4 Cart sends information to PayPal to authenticate payments.
How will this effect the CE4 Cart? Do we need to make any changes?

This should only impact users of IE6. There won't be any impact for TTG customers or their customers.
