Cannot get Publisher to Authenticate

I have gone into ttg-be admin and set a new Key.  I have tried about every combination I can think of for the URL and I keep getting a message that the API URL is not correct.  Don't know what to do.

the URL should be:

http://yourdomain.com/ttg-be/publisher/
