When I use "edit album" in Publisher CE4 to apply a watermark to a specific album, and then republish, for some reason the watermark only gets applied to the last 2 photos in the album, and not the others. Any thoughts? I do leave the "exclude watermarks in thumbnails" option checked. (even unchecking this didn't fix the problem though).

did you also uncheck the "Push metadata..." check box in Publisher setup?
be sure to post a link to an album if you're still seeing problems

Also, make sure to clear your cache or do a hard refresh after you republish.

Thanks. I did refresh the page several times and the problem persisted. Interestingly though, when I came back later and refreshed the page again, it all looked fine! So I'm not sure if Lightroom just hadn't pushed all the changes yet (even though the re-publish task bar completed), or if it was a temporary browser problem. I would assume probably the latter.

That sounds like it was a cache issue. Try this next time:

Yeah, its a really useful way to make sure you are seeing the most current version of a page, especially when you are working on it.
