I'm sure I have missed something very obvious, but I can't seem to get search to work (I had it working fine as an add on with CE3).
I have moved the 'search' directory to the site root, configured the search template in ttg-be/admin and added a 'Search' item to my menu but still no joy.
My site is http://stalkinglight.com
Thanks for any help, I'm sure it will be a d'oh moment for me when I figure it out.

You've added the Search label to the menu but you've not provided the target. D'oh!

Check the gallery template you're using for search. Your Publisher admin shows it to be "stalkinglight" but when I go to
http://stalkinglight.com/ttg-be/templat … lkinglight
I see that this is made with CE3 Pages.
Make sure that it's a CE4 Gallery

the target is the search directory? if so, it's there, and I've done all the steps in search setup I think.

In the navigation section of Site Info. You've put Search in the Label area but nothing in the Target area. It should be /search/
In your search template, make sure that the block is being displayed: Color Palette > Content/Description: Display on Page should be checked

d'oh. I had put the target in before but not turned on 'display on page' so had gone off looking for some phplugins mods. Thanks for the help, working now.

yay!
I see that you also have a broken web fonts issue when visiting your site using either Firefox or IE.
Here's the cure: http://ce3wiki.theturninggate.net/doku. … _web_fonts
