Hello everybody,
I'm updating from CE3 to CE4 and feel like being close before the finishing line. The improvements I noticed so far make me like it.
Biggest trouble up to now was that CE4 publisher changes names of directories to all-lowercase when albums or album sets are republished.
Today I succeeded in transfering the WP menu to pages and galleries with the PHPlugins described in the docs.
But when the mouse hovers over an menu item, that item gets a blue colour which I would prefer to edit.
Is there a particular CSS file I can edit or must this be done in PHPlugins too?
Thanks in advance for any hint,
best wishes,
Michael

Hi Michael,
There is no need to hack CSS files. This can be set in Site Info > Navigation Items > Color:hoover

Sorry,
I didn't mention that the blue hover colour only effects the menu items from second level onwards. My settings from the site info affect top level items.

I had this with CE3 already, but now that I have my hands on it again, I would like to get it uniform.
Thank You

It navigation setup, select multi-level navigation. Then all of the necessary color settings will appear under Navigation Items.

I checked this box in wp-Theme, Pages and one gallery template in my gallery. Uploaded everything to the server and updated the album files with the publisher admin in ttg-be. Even republished a sample gallery. Still my menues look like this when hovered over:
Can the blue result from somewhere else?

you checked the box for multi-level navigation, but did you change the settings? Can you see your changes in the Lightroom preview?
It's under Navigation Items > Drop-menu Background-color:hover

You are both perfectly right. I had tomatos on my eyes and did not notice that the additional settings appeared when I checked the multi-level-navigation. When I checked multi, I expected the additional options to appear right below that box. But that checkbox was not far from the bottom of my screen and I had to scroll down to the next section. Some hours of sleep helped reading Your answers more thoroughly.
Thank You.
