Following the step-by-step outlined in TTG documentation, a user would:

1. Install TTG-BE.
2. Install the CE4 Publisher online component.
Next, you should create a template using CE4 Gallery.

Is this template a file or a folder? At what point should users install the CE4 Gallery web engine. No instructions are given here or in the documentation on the CE4 Gallery.

install the CE4 Gallery web engine just like the other web engines

then use CE4 Gallery to create the Publisher template.
