Navigation problems

Hi,
I've got my website up and running, but there seems to be a navigation problem.  I go to the home page and can go to the gallery page and can go to the galley itself, but I can't navigate back using the navigation menu.  Any idea why?
thanks,
Robert

Re: Navigation problems

Because you provided "robertmckinney.com/" as site root instead of "http://robertmckinney.com/", as the plugin expects.

Nice shots from Angkor, btw. One of my favorite manmade places on this earth. Here's mine, if you're interested:

Re: Navigation problems

Thanks, I've got it up and going.  Nice galleries of Angkor, I didn't get enough time there!  One more question (for now!):
How do I delete the test galleries I put on my website?  Via Lightroom or through FTP?
And any idea why I'm getting some pictures "stacked up" on each other in the gallery?  Is it the name I use?
Thank you,
Robert

If you placed them there via Publisher, then use Publisher to delete them. Otherwise, use FTP

to the stacking: You've got some duplicate file names so you need to manage those. If using the renaming feature in Publisher, don't use any naming schemes that use sequential numbering. That'll mess things up too.

You should really rename your template too. Robert's Template Gallery can cause some problems. Use only letters, numbers, dashes, and underscores. No spaces or apostrophes, especially apostrophes. They can really mess up scripts.

Re: Navigation problems

Thank you, but if I may, a follow up question:
I noticed on Matthew's website that there are page numbers a each gallery page.  How do you do that?  I couldn't find it in the documentation and when I loaded a large album onto my site I've got like 140 photos on one page and the look is not one that I like.
Thank you,
Robert

Re: Navigation problems

In CE3 Gallery > Appearance > Pagination. Set Images per Page

If using Publisher, be sure to set Items per page in the Edit/Create Album dialog
http://ce3wiki.theturninggate.net/doku. … c_settings
