New website with php doesn't work

I am rebuilding my website, now with CE3 and the publisher. The CE2 page worked fine: I want to say I am already a bit familiar with TTG. But somehow I make a very basic mistake, as I only see the most basic infos on my site.
I enabled the PHPlugins, I renamed the phplugin-samples folder into phplugin (that was not easy to find!). My provider supports php, php is activated, I obtained the server path to the plugins folder. I repeated the whole page export several times. It just doesn't work. You may see for yourself: at www.eckart-bartnik.de.
Thanks for any suggestions! Eckart

be sure that the URL you've entered in the Site Root field of Site Info has the trailing slash (/)

Yes, that was that little mistake. Thanks a lot!
And the publisher works and is fantastic.
