I use the Firefox browser.
I clicked on ‘Add To Cart’ and the busy symbol keeps rotating. I cannot go to the cart.
I’ve even tried from the TTG site.
I’ve tried with my A-V [Kaspersky] turned off. Defender has been disabled.
I’ve tried changing a few Firefox settings, all to no avail.
I then repeated the procedure with Chrome. Same results.
Suggestions please?

Are you trying to purchase Backlight or are you unable to add an item to the cart from an album on your site?

Sorry, re-reading my comments it doesn't make anything clear!
I'm trying to purchase Backlight and am unable to add to the cart via Firefox. Nothing to do with my website.

I can't replicate the problem. I'm having no problems adding to cart with Firefox, Chrome, Opera, or Edge. I might get the spinning thing for a few seconds but the Shopping Cart box always pops up.
Have you tried it on a different computer or a mobile device?
Have you tried it through a differing internet provider? (your home internet vs your cellular internet)
