Everytime I login to BK3 as admin it constantly says "You're almost there. Update the settings below to complete your setup." so I have to save the settings everytime I login, although it says "The settings were not changed".

Going from memory...
some settings might require a change, like admin password or API key.
These may be the Quick a settings. There’s a setting in the main settings > Advanced Settings > Other to not display the Quick Settings.
Try that too.
