Hello,
In BL2, how do we make the random picture secretion in the thumbnail work? I can select a specific image but cannot get the random selection to work as in the album level.
Here is my galerie level setup:

For album sets, you'll need to put some thumbnails in the thumbnails/ folder of the album set itself. Lightroom can't publish images to albums sets, only albums, but there is a thumbnails/ folder inside the album set folder. You'll need to manually add thumbnails to this folder.
From Lightroom, create an export that will resize images to the proper thumbnail size. The one I created exports to a folder just for the purpose. I also use the "Put in Subfolder" checkbox so that the thumbs get put in a subfolder named for the album set.
Choose some representative images from the albums within the album set and export them.
Then FTP the exported thumbails to the thumbnails/ folder of the respective album set.
Repeat for each album set.
Then set the Cover Image setting for the album set to Random.

Thanks for the tip. May I copy the thumbnails that are in the albums to the thumbnail folder of the album set?

Hi Vincent,
I don't see why not. Give it a try. Just make sure the thumbnail size needed for the album set matches the thumbnail size in the albums.
