What was the resolution?

Hi Ben,
GoDaddy analyst added specific IP addresses to Backlight .htacces file.
Seems to have resolved upload issues.
A very weird thing I just discovered however. When I clone an album in the backlight admin Templates panel, the new album is not visible in the list until I login to my GoDaddy account, and clear the firewall cache. Then the new album appears in the list.
Also, when I clone an album [name it TEST], and then delete it, it doesn't disappear from the album list. Clearing the Template Cache in Backlight doesn't make it disappear either. It's not until I clear the firewall cache in my GoDaddy security management panel that the TEST album disappears from the album list.
Any thoughts?
Don

Hi Ben & Matt,
Thanks so much for your insights via eMail.
After reading your messages I looked much more deeply into the firewall settings [there's several things to visit in there]. Disabling the cache didn't seem to work, but then it's possible that I just didn't wait long enough for that to take effect either.
Then I found a Performance / Developer Mode tab that allows adding my IP address so that it bypasses all caching. Even with the cache fully enabled, this appears to have worked. Uploading files, and the album template create / delete situation is resolved too.
Backlight working as expected.
