Yeah but it does not tell you what needs to be entered.  Just a thought on improving documentation.  It would be nice to add it.
For example just adding the wording: place the pricing scheme in the LR Category field.

Are you saying that the LR Category just needs the name of the pricing scheme for that photo?  If so, then just a one line sentence explaining that should be added to the documentation to be clear.  The other stuff I already know.

If this is all I need to do then I will have to change how I use the Category field. lol!!!

Thanks for the new information, I am starting to play around with this to get what I need.  Thanks for your help.

I am looking at adding difference pricing schemes from the pricing scheme assigned to the album. I know that a per-photo pricing scheme can be setup via the Category metadata field within Lightroom however, I cannot see to find any documentation on how to do this.  I am assuming Matt may know the answer to this or if someone can point me to more detailed documentation on this.

Yes, I already have a search menu item in the navigation but would rather just have the quick search button and remove the menu item in the navigation.  Just my preference.

Thanks for the answers to 1 2 and three.  It is unfortunate that the quick search is limiting which is the reason I have not implemented it.  I removed the quick search from all pages.  I would like the quick search to be more available to changes since having an empty search page with no help is not usable.  I hope a change in a future release will be forthcoming; unless of course the quick search button can be overridden and go instead to the actual search page this would be more useful.  Well at least I can move my help text off the page to a Search help button for the actual search page.

One more question about the search page is there a way to increase the size of the search text box it looks a little weird being so short on the page.

Thanks again; looking forward to the answer to my fourth question.

First Question: Is there a way to add a help button to the Quick Search.

Second Question: I am assuming that I can change the background-color, size, add text etc with custom.css of the quick search box but what is the class for the quick search to do this?

Third question: I am assuming I can move the help button for the search to the Top Pallet as well, what is the code for that?

Fourth question: I am writing a custom scripts function in my phpplugin but I would like to get the value associated with a menu item depending on which Album Set or Album has been clicked on. How can I do this?  BTW, my script function is working fine but just need this last piece of information to get the URL value associated with a particular menu item; since the menu click has information that I cannot duplicate with the Album Set or Album click.

Thanks in advance for the information.

hmmm about the jquery.min.js script on the page, I am not seeing that error and there is no custom code on the Gallery Page.  I will check it out though.

I must be missing a setting so here is the issue: I have two social media icons on the right side of the Top Pallets, if I add the Gallery Help button up to the Top Pallet prepending it all three icons are okay.  But when I set the CRG heart icon AddOn to the album only the Gallery Help is in the Top Pallet and the other three icons 2 social and the CRG heart icon are moved down but they appear to be part of the Top Pallet still since as I scroll the page the icons stay in place and act the actions are working correctly. If I remove the Gallery Help button the heart is on the Top Pallet and the 2 social icons are below it.

Any thoughts to what I might of missed?  Currently, I am testing this on my test subdomain if anyone wants to see the problem.

I will do more testing on this if you cannot reproduce it; maybe, I did something wrong during my setup and testing - but not likely since one of my subdomains was a complete new install. Anyway, I will figure it out as usual. So you can drop this item; since I know what to avoid and have a work around for it already. Thanks anyway for checking.

Yes I am and I can reproduce it at any time now since I know the exact steps.  It is pretty hard to reproduce but I am sure it is there since I can reproduce it on my two subdomains and the primary domain.

Hi, I think I found another bug.  I was testing client access with a protected album set it showed the access code to enter/login; I then entered the access code it just cleared the field and did not allow me in.  I did this with multiple browsers it had the same effect.  I then went into backlight and reentered the access code on the Album set [under publisher] and then went back to the browser and it allowed me in this time.  I finally figured out that if I changed anything or just did an edit with no changes in LR on the Album Set then I could not login with the access code on the browser.  It appears to remove the access code and the only way to fix it was to go back into backlight and reset the access code pwd.

It took me awhile to figure out the steps I was doing but just the simple act of touching the album sets in LR clears the access and has to be reset in Backlight to proceed.

Just want to report a small bug in Backlight Admin.  When you are adding a new menu item and you check the box to have it open on another tab then save the menu the check box is not updated it goes back to an empty state.  However when you re-edit the menu now that the new menu item is existing and check the box and then save the menu the box stays checked.  Not sure if anyone else has noticed this but just wanted to point it out.

Ben,
Never mind about this. I know you are busy so I went out and cleaned it up myself and eliminated all orphan directories as well.  I re-added a new set of Album Sets/Albums as well. So now Backlight and LR are back in sync. Thanks anyway.

I made some modifications and updates to the site including the first time usage of the Pym iFrame for the Specialty Store.  the iFrames are very well behaved and provided me with the ability to reduce the number of clicks and be able to navigate specific to a product. I used the documentation supplied and also on the Pym site as well very informative and I completed this in just three days.

Here is the site as it looks now: https://keylightphotography.us/  or if you want to see the use of the Pym iFrame in the Specialty Store go here https://keylightphotography.us/store/st … tcatalogs/

I am really liking Backlight 2!!! Hope the improvements keep coming.

Here is how Fotomoto is doing it and It would be nice to set it up in a similar fashion but maybe more specific product category or categories (group what you want to offer).  Just a thought on a future improvement.

Is there a way to apply a discount code or band to a specific product or does this require a separate pricing scheme setup?  If not then a future request for improvement would be to have a way to apply a discount code or band to a single product or group of products.  Let me know your thoughts or a way to do this without setting up a specific pricing scheme which would be tedious.
