Yes,  and I don't see any Save As box there...

the step by step is very easy: I select a pangolin template from the list of templates and once in the VIEW TEMPLATE I see the buttons for : Back-Clone-Design-Edit-Properties-Export Template-Restore Defaults-Delete, and I click on "Export Template"...crash!

Respect  to Guest updater credentials....does it mean that I have to create a Guest under "users" with a username and password and send both to whom?...this forum?

what happens if I replace the corresponding files of 1.03 with those of the previous 1.02 version?.......is it possible to downgrade?.....

I moved from CE4 to Backlight as soon as it appeared...why?...because I found that I was gaining time, patience and easiness to work and design.....however....Backlight is still in the first stages....I moved to it knowing that several features that were in CE4 were not in Backlight...yet.....but I guess they will be there with time.....for me the use of CE4 was sometimes exasperating not because of CE4 but because of LR!....the web module in LR was poor till the arrive of CE3/CE4 but then it was very rich but at the same time very slow, particularly when updating things there....so for me there is no question....now I use LR only for exporting images from albums, the rest is history....I like this, more time dedicated to images and less time dedicated to struggle with the slowness of LR with CE4 (or whatever)....do I miss anything from CE4? sure!....but I can survive without them for the moment.......there is no way to use Photoswipe in the home page, the implementation of fonts for the different sections of text is still limited, you cannot make a frame in the images in the home page, etc. (please, I am saying that you cannot do these things from Backlight options, I know that some things can be done manually, but in CE4 was possible without knowing anything about css or personal customisations....), but the use of Backlight is far, far easier and faster that CE4 and I built up a bilingual site from scratch in just one day, while with CE4 it requiered almost a week, because going back and forth from one template to another in LR was a headache.

you had no problems because I set back the link to "Page" Galleries instead of  "Album Set"......try now, and you will see.... (:

thanks Ben for the explanation. Now I see all clearer......the problem is that for the moment the documentation of Backlight is scarce (although enough for creating a site), so if by chance things work fine from the very beginning, one finds  no problems, but when one do something unexpected or goes beyond the simple initial steps, well.....we have to bother you or Rod......thanks again!

when I  set "Album Set" instead of "Page"  link  the only option that appears to the left is "Galleries" and then the options for descending levels, but there is no way to select an Album Set....

what should I check in the menu set?

the album template I am using  in the Search page is the one of the Civilisation Gallery, and I find no problems when I enter in that gallery.....to be clearer: I designed two menu sets, one for the Home Page, that lacks a link to"Home", an another one that includes Home. That's all.  On the other hand, I do not understand the role of the album template in the search page, as the only thing that appears there is a window for searching....
