I tried to connect directly to your image, and it was there in the end. But actually connecting was INCREDIBLY slow. It took a really long time to resolve the address, before the image even began to load, and then took a really long time to load. My guess, the Javascript it timing out before the image is being returned.
After loading your image and now having it in my browser cache, the Galleria slideshow works on the page. Then crashes on the next image ...
So the problem is that your server is running insanely slow. I think you need better hosting.
The settings look the same on the UI side of things, which is intentional so that people wouldn't be bewildered. But the values are often used in different ways in the code than they were previously. If such a utility existed -- and I'm really not interested in making one -- I think it would make more a mess of things than be of help.
Export larger images.
PHP needs to be run from a server, so online or in a virtual server environment like MAMP or WAMP. That's normal.
You need to disable PHP-dependent features, such as PHPlugins, password protection, social media integration ...
Thumbnails are explained in documentation:

Thanks for reporting this. Will be fixed in the next update.
The CE4 Standard layout does not allow direct control over the thumbnail size. This is explained in documentation.
When we update the plugin to include an "Iconic" layout, then you will be able to create such a look for your gallery. I intend to work on this following the release of CE4 Cart and Stage.
Sorry, I'm a little confused by your terminology. Are you referring to Master and Guest Credentials for password protection, or something else?
As Rod says, you can use CE4 Gallery templates now. We'll be releasing CE4 Stage soon, which will include the full-screen gallery type for use with publisher.
Not really, no. It's a part of the design that we took from the Lightroom HTML Gallery, with the intent of our 2014 HTML Gallery being that it should be a reimagining of that gallery. Just something that we inherited.
I've posted v7.0.1 to fix this issue. You may download it from your order.
Okay, there are seemingly, possibly two issues at play here. One of them is my fault.
First thing, there's a "Starting Image ID" set in the gallery config. By default, this is 1. So if you want to exclude the first image, you need to change this.
The second thing -- the thing that's my fault -- there seems to be a conditional check that's failing. I'm no longer sure what logic possessed me to include this check, but I will remove it and post an update a bit later in the day, after I've finished going through my messages to see whether there's anything else needs fixing in a release.
I will investigate. Thank you.
Hi Bill,
Please email me. I'll need to know the email address you used to order, and your full name.
For now, CE3 plugins are still included in purchases. So if you buy CE4 Publisher, then you will also be getting the CE3 version.
Upgrade discounts will be valid until the end of the year. The Masonry layout will hopefully be added in August.
The cost of upgrade for individual products vs. bundles is identical, so there's no financial inequity to either approach. As you already own Gallery, Pages and Publisher, you may contact me privately to discuss the CE4 Web Publishing Bundle, which would allow you to go through checkout only once, rather than three times.
It is not. But you can browse to the Documentation section on your iPad if you'd like to keep it off your work display.
Sorry. The wrong code ended up in the file. I've since fixed it. Please download the file again and use the new code therein.
Cheers,
Matt
CE4 Pages includes an option to use a publisher template as Home page instead. That template can be created by CE4 Gallery or CE4 Stage, with a slug name of "pages-gallery". When this album exists and the replacement option is enabled in the Pages setup, then the Home page can by managed by CE4 Publisher.
There will probably be a document covering migration, but it will be more about how to replace things mechanically (replacing publisher templates, wordpress themes, etc.) and not about design.
Like all major version leaps preceding it, CE4 is built almost entirely from foundations, taking into account modern design standards, my own revised best-practices, newly prototyped components, etc., so existing CE3 templates do not correlate in design.
The format of permalinks in CE4 is entirely different. I would definitely NOT print your cards just yet.
Yes, CE4 Gallery supports permalinks that go to individual image pages. You may observe this at:
http://campagnapictures.com/galleries/0 … lery-demo/
The gallery even supports bitly.com URL shortening if you've signed up for an account, though the shortened URLs are only used for Twitter sharing. Still, you can click the share button for Twitter, copy the shortened URL, then cancel the share if you want to use it elsewhere.
"... not work ..." doesn't tell us much. A link would help. If your captions contain quotation marks or line-breaks, that would do it.
