Hi! Nope I made no changes to anything basically, as I stated before, the issue started when my internet went down. Just that!
Yes!!!! Success!!! back in business!!!! It was that!
Now, WTF?! I had not changed that, I mean... Im pretty sure the preceding www wasn't there before, I don't understand... Im very very happy, yet I don't understand.
Thank you man!
Ok thank you for that Rod! I was able to connect to the instance created in http://www.maximilianotaylor.com/ttg-be/publisher/, so that means its working, yet when I try to connect to http://www.bululuestudios.com/ttg-be/publisher/ I get the message I've been receiving all this time:
checkAuth
Message: The page sent an action which was not available.
So this should mean it has more to do with that specific publisher instance than any sort of connection issue.
Thoughts?
hello! I published this issue in another topic but here I go again.
Everything was running smoothly I have been using ttg for at least 4 years, but about a week ago I had kinda of an issue with my internet connection and ended up having to change my router. After that I have been unable to connect to publisher using 2 different computers and setting up a new ttg-be and publisher instance in a different location just to rule out an issue with a specific computer and an issue with a specific publisher instance.
I kinda need help cause I just this wonderful plugin for all my different galleries and have about 8 clients breathing down on my neck right now cause Im just unable to use publisher. I can upload manually all my galleries but there're quite a lot of them and truth be told, once you use publisher you just don't want to use anything else, it's just so great!
I use mac computers, the server is hostgator, you can check on a publish instance I created which is www.maximilianotaylor.com/ttg-be/publisher been the api url and the password is the default for ttg. I create this for the sole purpose of trying my connection which I was unable to resolve. On top of that I used a different internet connection, I shared my phone hotspot and gave it a try, same issue
The issue I have with that specific instance (www.maximilianotaylor.com/ttg-be/publisher) is that it states a problem with the database, and the problem I have with the publisher instance I have my galleries on is that it says :Unable to perform action: checkAuth
Message: The page sent an action which was not available.
The address is the following: http://bululuestudios.com/ttg-be/publisher/
Please help!

Sure Rob! Thanks for your feedback!
Did that, restarted my mac, and still problem persists
I disabled firewall both on my computer as on the router, still same problem!
Hello! Yes this issue was resolved, but now I'm getting a new problem, I simply can't connect to publisher from lightroom, I had to reset all my internet connection devices cause I was having issues, and changed my router, it is possible that has something to do. I can connect to my ttg-admin and have no problem connecting to my ftp, but nada when i try to connect to publisher within lightroom. The publisher plug-in is functioning cause it says "installed and running" but when I try to perform a authentication check within Publisher Api Details I get the following message:
Unable to perform action: checkAuth
Message: The page sent an action which was not available.
And basically when I try to perform any action, anything within lighroom regarding publisher it comes up with an error such as "Unable to perform action: getThumbnails" or "Unable to perform action: listTemplates" it seams as if there's no connection whatsoever.
I have lightroom adobe cc running on a Mac with version 10.10.5
This all started when I started having issues with my internet connection, it may be that there's still an issue, i just don't know, any thoughts?

Yes Rob that is correct, the top-level gallery folder is clientes and yes I have published my album sets using the publisher instance.
Is it to complicated to update auto index templates?
What do you recommend? Write Ben?
Much appreciate your time!

Hello! I have an issue with urls with albums published within album sets.
If I publish without using album sets everything runs smoothly, but when I publish an album within an album set I get 2 issues, first the cover image I set for it does't appear and 2nd and more important, the url path is incorrect so when you click on the album it takes you to a wrong path, more specifically it takes you to the path without the album set path. For example:
If the path to the album is example.com/gallery1/rockconcert/ (being /gallery1/ the album set), it takes you to example.com/rockconcert which is obviously incorrect.
My webpage is www.bululuestudios.com/clientes/ there you can find several albums and some of them are album sets, for this example we can use http://bululuestudios.com/clientes/elena-y-carlos/ now if you go in there and click on the album it will take you to http://www.bululuestudios.com/elena-y-carlos-civil/ which is lacking the album set /clientes/ and therefore rendering a wrong path.
you can log in as a viewer with the following user name same as password: ttghelp.
http://bululuestudios.com/ttg-be/admin/ address.
I would greatly appreciate any help!

Hello! I finally have everything configured the way it's supposed to. But now for some reason when I go to an album and try to purchase photos the Checkout button is nowhere to be found in the "view cart"
Here's the url: http://www.bululuestudios.com/clientes/ … php?page=2
The other 2 buttons display flawlessly, but why on earth can't I see the checkout button!
BTW it's in spanish
Hello. I have an issue with published albums to my auto indexed location.
It all worked smoothly until I updated my auto index folder, as I am setting it up I didn't care to erase all info inside of it. Now when I publish an album to that index folder it repeats the sites url which causes us to land in an unexisting url. What happens is the following:
I publish my gallery to www.bululuestudios.com/clientes/prueba/
I go to www.bululuestudios.com/clientes/ and the album resides there as it should. But when you click on the image it redirects you to www.bululuestudios.com/bululuestudios/clientes/prueba/ which obviously doesn't exist.
I have my hosting with horrible Godaddy and the folder for that domain is not the main folder, it resides within a bululuestudios.com folder.
Please help!
I just purchased the CE3 bundle and want to know where do I find info as to how to create the web page, cause as far as I know it has been completely redesign from CE2, and when I go to the tutorials the ¨The tutorial below is about our CE2 version plugins. For the newer CE3 versions, we have an updated tutorial here.¨the link is broken (takes you back to the same page).
So... how do make my web page, tutorials or at least info please excited about my new product
