I'm just redoing my shop. I miss the option to sell only a limited number of an image. For a limited edition series it is necessary to sell only a limited number of images. It would be ok to allow only one sale which has to be reactivated by the admin for the next sale. Maybe you can add it to the next shop update.
On my new page it does not work with the API Check. The site URL is correct and I copied the API key from the backlight settings and always get the error message:
The authentication check was NOT successful. Please check the URL and API Key.
I have changed the API several times and copied but always the same error message.
Everything works on my old page.

During the test I deleted a Gallery in Lightroom TTG Publisher but it is still available at the Website because I use a Backup. Is there a way to remove it?

Okapi Web Modules and Core are installed. I don't see a Update Album Files link!
I installed the new plugin (cart is visible now) but still got the same errors
Now I have the layout back after I copied the htaccess file back into the backlight folder, but still a lot of other errors.
Lightroom TTG Publisher do not see the cart module, but it is installed in Backlight Version 5.0.2 (Backlight Cart Dashboard say 5.0.0)
When I try to open a protected gallery I get the following error message:

In the meantime, I found the file, but it did not change anything. I got back the old Backlight1 installation from the backup and it works fine. Only Lightroom module can not connect to this version anymore.
I've tried twice the update on Backlight2 to install (with htaccess file) - unfortunately always without a layout again.
In the folder backlight is also an htaccess file. If I install it during the installation, then the page can not be loaded (too many redirects).
I honestly do not know what I could change.
yes I did that, but there is no htaccess file at the top level to copy.
My Site URL is https://shop.wolfademeit.de inside Backlight Settings.
A couple of month before I switched form http to https, but Backlight1 works fine after doing that.
At my server I also use a durable, SEO-friendly 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS.
Problems after the update to 2.0
my website has no layout anymore. I've done all the steps in the manual, for example, upgrade the databases.
As a test, I reinstalled a clean version of Backlight2 on a different URL and have the same problem there - no layout. A clean installation of Backlight 1 works immediately without a problem.

I like to change the background color of the heart icon. How can I do this? There is only the information I could use a custom CSS for that.
At the moment the default color is a negative heart icon (outline) inside a black square. I would like to have a transparente box with a white heart (not selected). Is this possible?
I have the CRG plugin activated in some of my gallery. The problem is, the backlight filename is 'title' + 'filename'. Now I can not open the selected Pictures in Lightroom using Text import.
I like to go back and upload all pictures again only using the filename without the title, but I don't remember where I have to set it up. Any Idea where I can change it?
I used these galleries before without the CRG module. Since the combination of title and filename was meaningful, because my filenames are always the caption date and a number e.g. 170827-00001. They have always the same length. It would be very helpful to have an option to cut off a certain number of characters form the end when submitting the filenames with CRG. I had already inspired to integrate the images as thumbnail in the emails, like we have it in the cart module. The reason why I added the Title to the filename was, that the client can not control what he had selected, when he only have the date followed by a number.
BTW, every email has always the same section twice - one time at All Images and then at Selected Images. Whatever I do, both lists have always the same content. What is the difference? In my eyes the Selected Images List is the one that I need.
thanks Rod, I know. I work with password protected galleries. When I or the Customer click on a Link, then it is necessary to login for each picture.
In the Cart model we have the option to send the thumbnails within the mail. I think that is very helpful, special when the filename is a simple number. Sometimes visible information is a real timesaver.
is it possible to have Thumbnails in the CRG Mails?

That fix my problem at the moment, but I think it would be more clear for all users, when the Plugin Setup and the Gallery Setup would use the same location for watermarks. I have multiple Lightroom Catalogs and each one has a special setup. I need to use the Lightroom Option to store all settings together with the catalog.
yes, I store presets with this catalog. The Publisher plugin see all the watermarks, but the album module don't.

The Publisher Setup shows all Watermarks - the Album setup only 3 (2 of these do not exist in the Watermarks Folder)
It would be very helpful to have Checkboxes and Radiobuttons available in Contact-Forms like we have it in the Cart Module.
Hi, for my export I like to use a new Watermark. I can select and edit it in Lightroom, but the TTG Publisher don't show it. The Publisher Plugin only has some very old settings. Most of these don't exist in the Lightroom Preferences/Wartermarks Folder.
The TTG Publisher Plugin don`t see any change in my Watermarks folder but Lightroom do. If I delete, add or rename a Watermark then Lightroom know this when I restart, but the TTG Publisher don't notice this.
Thanks a lot Rod, your help is awesome and always welcome. In this case I asked for a Call to Action Funktion. Surely a button with a fancy box is also interesting, but I mean a button that only appears at a certain event e.g. when a particular product has been put into the Cart.
Backlight Cart is an amazing product, but I really miss some features e.g. a Call to Action function and special Coupons or Discounts.
With the coupons I miss the option how often you can use the coupon. That very important, because customers that know each other may share coupons. A solution in which, e.g. when adding a product to the cart, the customer is offered an auto generated coupon which only applies once for a specific product.
I believe it is also very important to have a coupon or discount only for a specific product.
If I am in a shooting give away a coupon over $ 10 which applies to all products, this would be very expensive for me, since I would then buy some products more expensive than I sell. Also with the discount codes, I can not use dealer actions that I would like to use. If a retailer offers a 30% discount for a product, I can only generate a 30% discount code for the entire store, which is, frankly, not possible.
Discount and coupons are very powerful marketing tools. It is great that they are available in Cart, but at the moment I find simply no option which I can use.
