Like I said on the posts before you closed the topic: I have sent you an email with the credentials logins TWICE so you don't need me to see the "Post Submission Actions" so here applies the rule again: "PLEASE READ BEFORE ANSWER".
I am not using anymore your software because the lack of support and the customer services and your last post on that topic is exactly what I mean: YOU closed a topic blaming me so I don't have the opportunity to answer it and the best part is that you answer me a post on 16 days and you said it because you were busy But If I don't answer on 15 days you closed the topic so you are the only one busy and your clients cannot.
That are FACTS not a subjective question.
Good luck with your new software, I Really hope that on Future you will change your support system and maybe I came back again. I was with you from 2012 and I have bought a lot of plugins, themes, apps from other vendors and it's the first time I have got a problem like this.
I am very busy too but at least I answer my emails clients saying I am working on it or an estimate date to do it.
I have sent you the data by mail on 17/04/2016 and 1 hour AGAIN on the email that you have answered me saying there is an "answer" on this page. I have to lost my time because you have not read the emails I have sent you and you are not the only one been very busy.

Sorry for the "mood" of the post but it's very important for me and it's seem that you prefer to attend new clients to make more money than take care the old clients that have paid.
I assume that the problem is mine to pay for a program that have not got a real support center.
I have no news about this problem from 17/04/2016 and I am having these problems yet.
It's a nightmare to try to work with these problems. I am uploading the galleries on Dropbox because of this.
It's the last time I bought an application that have not got a REAL SUPPORT center.

Now again, the problem appears with other different client.
The email has not been sent to me (I Don't know the client, I have to ask it) but appears on Admin Control Panel and a lot of not selected images without comments appears on the selection.
What's happening?
Well, trying to "recreate" the problem I have discover 1 of the problems:
a)you made a comment on a photo (if does not matter if was selected or not)
b)saved
c)Delete the comments
d)saved
Then on the email to the client that photo does not appear but on the Admin Panel appears.
I can't recreate the "disappeared" comments like occurs with my client but at least now I know why others appears.
I have noticed that in one case (because the client told me about it) the feedback that appears on Client Admin Panel is different that the sent email.
I don't know what happens and I would like to know it to prevent problems with future clients.

It's strange.
I have no make any changes and yesterday was not showing any error but now it's showing it.
Now in my case says that I have to reload the page to login but I cannot logout and even I reload the page the same error occurs

have you tried changing the email settings? If using SMTP, try just plain 'mail'

Hi! I have made a fresh installation of CE4 crg and all is working except the mails from the feedback.
I can see the feedback created on the admin panel but any email received.

Any advice?
PS: I have been 1 year using CRG without any problem but recently I decided to make a new website and I deleted the CRG folders by mistake so I begin with a fresh installation. I don't know where I can Find any information because no error appears on the process.
