OK, thank you.
Well whatever information he needs, I'll provide. Just kind of up against the wall as far as time goes. Was hoping to have this installation completed by now.
I'm not currently using Publisher.
Is there a way to turn off the mobile presentation, so devices don't go to xxx.mobile.php until this is worked out?
Also, how do I insert 'Category' into cart item pricing under Image Info panel? I had previously changed this to Headline, and do not see a way to go back to category. Whenever I go to custom, and look under IPTC Data, there's no 'category' field that comes up in the drop down boxes in Lightroom. Manually entering {Category} does not work with or without the ALT 175 >> chevron character inserted.
Using Magnific for mobile theme produces the same error. Doesn't look to be theme specific, looks to be the whole mobile side of things.
Here's a Magnific test gallery:
When should I expect a fix for this? I'm stuck not being able to go live until the mobile side works correctly.
In quite a few galleries I use two schemes within the same gallery. I use three schemes in total.
I have three different pricing schemes that I use.
I have since deleted the default pricing scheme via cart admin and now mobile devices show no products available for purchase. Desktop access still works fine.
Thank you for implementing this with latest update.
I uploaded a new gallery with the mobile theme set to Magnific and tested it and its doing the same thing. How am I getting two different product listings across desktop/mobile devices? Where have I messed up?
I have my pricing schemes set and they work well with Magnific on desktop, but when using a mobile device and Touch theme, the photos all use the default scheme. I obviously don't want to use the default scheme.
I have the 'cart item pricing' set to use the 'headline' metadata field instead of 'category' if that makes a difference.

Click the product dropdown and you'll see one set of products listed using a computer, and a totally different set using mobile device.
I have cleared caches, reset cart and used a new mobile device that has not visited the site before.
Latest hotfix corrected the issue.
Thank you.
Desktop viewing is normal using Magnific, but Touch theme shows an error. Only one photo is shown in gallery and it has 'ERROR' printed across it in black text like a watermark. Viewing on Android, not sure about other mobile platforms.
Today's update has been applied.
Fixed. Thanks!
My two products are Gallery and Cart. The 201b is showing up under the Cart product. Is there another location to look?
I do not see the new package 2.02 in my download area. I am still seeing CE4-TTG-BE-201b.zip. When should we expect the new package to show up?
The new gallery 6.05 package is listed, however.
I for one would find that useful. Thanks.
Is there a way to set the order of products in the drop down list other than alphabetic order? I'd like for my 'print' product to be selected by default, but it is last on my product list.
If I set shipping to zero, won't that affect prints as well? I still need to charge shipping for prints.
**FIXED** I was using the default digital product. Once I created a new one, the shipping section for that new product appeared.
Is it possible to set up offline digital selling without incurring a shipping charge? If so, how would I go about setting that up?
I am getting this same error. I have set up a pricing scheme "game" via cart admin. I have entered "game in the uniform pricing profile name box in lightroom under shopping cart integration and checked the shopping cart integration check box.
What did I do wrong?
Here is a sample gallery: http://www.armstrongactionphotography.c … ies/test7/
Thanks for all your help.
**FIXED BY RESETTING CART IN DASHBOARD**
Ok, thank you.
Is it possible to sell digital downloads without hosting all the full resolution image files on the server? For example, a customer orders a digital photo, then I am sent an email with the order and I then send the file to them directly. I'm asking because it would be too much space to host the thousands of photos from my galleries.
I found my mistake...I was exporting the template preset instead of exporting an actual gallery from lightroom. Uploaded the new template and it shows up on the Cart menu.
Is Publisher needed?
That's my next question. As I'm using Gallery and Cart standalone with my existing site, where should I upload my galleries to? Do I make a directory "galleries" in the ttg-be directory? Or should it go in the root directory?
