Their response…
"I'm sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. I could not find style-common.css on source code of http://www.gnbri.co.uk . Can you please let us know in which URL you see this and steps to duplicate the error?
Yes, we use gzip compression on our server."

Hi Rob,
I have taken the previous suggestions on board and change the Google Id and changed the layout to standard.
The auto index page works fine and shows all the formatting. (http://www.gnbri.co.uk/event-galleries- … d-oak-10k/)
However all the galleries within Start, 2km, 6km, Finish and Fun Run, are currently without formatting, except when a thumbnail is enlarged. For example images here - https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BwohG … GxwRG9pazQ
The issues appear to come and go as one hour we are receiving client orders, the next questions about gallery problems.
Thank you for your patience and continued help.
Gareth
Sorry, just to clarify, when I say down I mean only getting the spinning wheel where the gallery thumbs should be loading.
The images are not loading.
Thank you.
Thank you Matthew.
So went back and created a new Gallery template. Things seamed to be working okay.
Created a new event gallery over night… via Publisher - Album Set and Album Collections.
http://www.gnbri.co.uk/event-galleries- … d-oak-10k/
Suddenly all our event galleries are down! :-(
We are now having an issue where some platforms are loading fine, but others the cart is there, but you can't click it or click to enlarge the image. Any ideas?
So I created a new gallery via publisher:
http://www.gnbri.co.uk/event-galleries-2016/run-hertford/
On my Mac (via Safari) and Samsung Galaxy S5 (via Google Chrome) no issues and everything looks fine.
Had a client email to say: "I’ve been sent a link by the organisers, but there are no photos yet.” They were trying on a laptop running Windows 7 and from both Chrome and IE.
Screen shot from a Windows Phone is loading but without formatting/styling.
Any ideas?
Thank you.
Merry Christmas!
So I'm using CE4 Publisher and CE4 Cart.
When I upload photos from events they have minimal editing (colour corrections, exposure etc.) after a client selects photos for purchase I then undertake full retouching and editing on just those purchased images.
Currently when a purchase is made an automatically generated email is sent. How can I edit what this email says?
Also a link is created for the customer to download digital images, this is fine but they are unedited and still contain a huge watermark. Is there a way to require me to upload retouched before they can download an image?
Eg: when they click through the download link it would say "image pending" or something.
Thank you
Sorry forgot to say the working url is:
Hi Ben,
So I've been back and after deleting all gallery templates, auto index directory, publisher instances and albums.
Then re uploading everything. The default album created when you create a new publisher instance works as expected even after re-naming to bride.
However when I create other albums I get the same error message:
Can’t rename the published collection.

Yes 'Johnstone-Wedding' is set as top-level gallery directory.
Hi Ben,
The auto index URL should be:
www.gnbri.co.uk/Johnstone-Wedding/
Then yes I was trying to create a gallery "bride-and-groom" using publisher CE4.
*Would the fact that it is a password protected auto index page cause any problems?
Thank you
Trying to use publisher 2.1.2 to upload an album to a CE4 auto index page and receiving this error:

Help! What does this mean? Thank you.
Same problem here!
So our work flow creates a new light catalog for each shoot.
Eg: June Products, July Products, August Products etc.
So I create a lightroom catalog to use as a template with smart collections pre set up etc.
Q: Is it possible to update Publisher galleries from different catalogs?
For example having a gallery "Client 1" and adding 2-3 new images each month from a June.lrcat then July.lrcat etc.
Have been updating from CE3 to CE4...
(Lightroom 5.6, Gallery 6.0.5, Auto Index 7.0.3, Publisher 2.1.1, Cart 3.0.2 and TTG BE 2.0.2)
Q: When I upload galleries via Publisher into an Auto Index folder (/commercial-galleries/) the gallery uploads fine but there are no thumbnails in either Auto Index nor Cart pages???
