Thanks for the reply, so I have my clients crg galleries in a folder mywebsite/galleries they have an address which i give them so mywebsite/galleries/client for example but at the moment they have access to other clients galleries that are not protected in publisher by browsing the /galleries folder.
And I do know I can go into publisher and use client management to control access to individual galleries but it would be quicker if client one for example cannot see the contents of /galleries
I found it easier for clients to not password protect individual galleries, they loose them and I do not delete galleries, the galleries I have do not contain sensitive material but I now have over 20 galleries and think if possible I should not allow access to the top level galleries directory, how can I do that please and still allow access to the galleries in the /galleries folders.
for example www.mysite/galleries/client-one allow access to /client-one but disallow access to /galleries folder.
Thanks
Great, this plugin is not for the casual user, I only use it 2-3 times a year so every time I use it I have to go through the process of updating.

I am getting the same problem, using CE4-Publisher-233
Yes, my server.
it works fine on a different domain/server.
Thanks
Okay thanks to Rod I now know it the server that is the problem.
okay just sent you screen shots so that you can see what is uploaded
Just sent you a PM hope ypou do not mind
Hi Rod
www.sprucelondon.com/galleries/
The one that works is the stand alone, how do I post a screen shot.
Everything working except published album is blank.
The gallery I made using crg4 works fine as stand alone but when used as a template the uploaded album in galleries comes out blank.
Using lightroom, publisher, client response
Think I have answered it myself, I had use all images showing instead of use selected photos
I have not using TTG for a couple of months, I have done the updates. Now when I make a template even though I am choosing just 1 picture it is taking a long time and I can see TTG scanning all the images.
Oh yeah, thanks, I was doing it via web in the menus.
I remember.
1. Buy plugins CRG, Publisher, Auto index
2. Install CRG and Auto Index,
3. ftp publisher files to my web site.
5. Change the password
6. Click web in lightroom
7. Find auto index
8. Fill out all the fields
9. Create a template, remember to only have 1 image selected
10.Upload the template to the template auto index folder
11.Still in web go to CRG
12. Fill out all the fields
13. Create a template
14. Upload the template
15. Oh best to save your work in the Web Module's Template Browser as well because once you close lightroom go to another collection make a web gallery come back all your settings have been changed and you have to spend another hour filling it in again.(Don't forget to save your work in the Web Module's Template Browser as well!)
16. Go to library
16. Go back to publisher.
17. Create album set.
18. create new alum within album set
19. Sit back and hope you have done everything right
20. Email Matthew because you have missed something
21. Matthew quickly sends answer trying to be polite.
Please feel free to edit this into set of instructions on how to make a gallerie using publisher auto index and Client Response Gallery.
Ian
Hi
I successfully created a gallerie using auto index and publisher but after malware was found in a folder on my site I now have to remake and publish to another site.
As the other albums point to a different domain it has lead to some confusion and i now cannot remember the process.
I have made the crg template and the auto index template.
I am remaking the albums but now I am stuck I cannot remember how to put it all together into 1 album.
Does someone have a step by step guide?
