I've set up a CRG template allowing downloads. I can see the photos for download folder via ftp and the images are there, but if you click on an image to download it, a 'file not found' message appears.

Thank you so much, re-publishing corrected the issue.

I think I must be setting something wrongly somewhere. The quality of the images on my homepage isn't good. Looking at other people's websites built with Backlight, I'm seeing much sharper images, so I presume I've made a mistake. The website is still in build but can be viewed at http://www.snimages.co.uk/newsite/

The images are sharp when viewed full screen on my mbp and the images should be large enough, for example, the first image is 4256 pixels wide.

I hope you can help
Many thanks

Many thanks

All fine if viewed using Safari, but Chrome and Firefox don't display the icons for Add to Basket or social media or anything else for that matter. I haven't altered anything on my website:

I would like to be able to sell different size digital images, ie I'd offer a small low res image or a full size high res image.
Is there a detailed tutorial somewhere with details on how to set this up? I've set up the cart, but how does that trigger the correct size and resolution download?  I don't want my webhosting server to get too full of high res images though, so perhaps for the high res images, I could upload them after purchase.

Got it, thank you. And I've renamed the templates.
Many thanks again

The search page is working well except that the photos are appearing at the top of the page, but the title 'Photos' is at the bottom of the page and should clearly be above the photos?

Thank you

#13 Re: CE4 Pages » Error on gallery.php page » 2015-08-19 07:04:29

That did it!..... Deleting Pages from LR and reinstalling it, then a fresh upload and bingo, everything is appearing. Now all I need do is tweak the look.
Many many thanks

Hi Rod
Thanks for helping. I'm using Filezilla ftp to upload and yes, I use Publisher. I'll check the other points now.
Thank you
Sally

I have tried that, but it hasnt worked. I wonder if I should do a fresh instal, but as I had a CE3 site, please can you tell me what I must leave on my server to not lose anything vital. Or perhaps you have another suggestion?
Thanks

I've just re-uploaded Pages 7.0.14 and replaced everything except the Galleries folder, as per the instructions on this page: http://ce4.theturninggate.net/docs/doku … ce3_to_ce4
but still have an error message on the gallery.php page
