Whats the difference between the first set of instructions and those under the title "CRG v5.0.3 - blar blar'
Do you use top set of instructions for Pages and the second set for CRG?

the top set of instructions are for the current version of Pages. At the moment there should be no need to change that.
The instructions for CRG are for the upcoming release of CRG 5.0.3. It takes advantage of the ability to store php sessions so that if an invalid email address is entered, when the visitor is redirected back to the gallery, they won't have lost all their choices or all the information in the feedback forms. See the CRG change log for more on that.
I don't know if the instructions shown for CRG 5.0.3 will have a positive or negative effect if used with the current version of CRG (5.0.2).

The newer instructions won't work at all for the current versions. I've only put them on the wiki because I had to put them someplace for testers to access.
