Error- 'Client response is unavailable, please contact site owner...'

Hello community,
When opening a client response gallery I am getting the  error ''. The client response module is currently unavailable
Please contact the site owner for further assistance.'' and that would be me and i am none the wiser sad

It is on my website that I am in the process of setting up for non-wedding images www.main-perspektive.com. The client response gallery comes up on the website but then the error appears and the images are not selectable.

I checked the site in filezilla and at the address : -
/public_html/backlight/modules/module-client-response - there is the following folders  .., admin, application, config, lib, .htaccess_disabled, index.php and module.xml . Is anything missing?

Would appreciate ideas. Cheers

is the folder 'client-response' inside the backlight/ folder? (not module-client-response/, client-response is a different folder)

what version of Client Response are you using?

If it's 7.1 or newer, have you also updated Backlight to version 1.2 or newer?

Hello Rob, thanks , there is a folder backlight/client-response but it only contains index.php. In lightrooms plugin manager the ttg-publisher plugin is 3.0.4

What about your versions of Client Response as well as Backlight?
Your version of Publisher is out of date, but that may not matter depending on the version of Backlight your using.

Hi, have you completed the upgrade steps of logging into Backlight admin, then visiting each of the menu items:

1. Backlight (just click on the Backlight menu item)
2. Designer
3. Backlight > Publisher

Those steps complete the upgrade process.  Which version are you upgrading from?  1.0.5 or earlier?

Two things failed to copy over backlight/admin/index.php and /htaccess_disabled

The first file is essential! I would delete backlight/admin and re-upload the admin directory again.

Hi Ben Hi Daniel, thanks for your replies. I have now replaced the index.php with the index.php from the backlignt update, but nothing has changed online, the website is still down.
